Rowing Australia (RA) is pleased to announce appointments to two key leadership positions within its High-Performance program.
Paul Thompson MBE, who joins RA from his role as Senior High-Performance Director at the New South Wales Institute of Sport (NSWIS), has been appointed as Performance Director.
Rhett Ayliffe, who joins RA from his role as Head Rowing Coach of the Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS) has been appointed as Head Coach of the Reinhold Batschi Men’s National Training Centre (NTC).
With impressive coaching resumes, both men are well positioned to create lead the Australian Rowing Team as they prepare for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
